We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our busy lettings team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role

As our Property Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues reported by tenants across our managed portfolio. You will be responsible for assessing reported issues, raising work orders with trusted local contractors, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Keeping landlords and tenants informed throughout the process is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, assess, and prioritise all maintenance requests from tenants.
  • Instruct and liaise with local contractors, ensuring timely completion of works.
  • Track progress of all outstanding jobs and follow up where required.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with both landlords and tenants.
  • Obtain contractor quotations and seek landlord approval when needed.
  • Ensure all documentation, invoices, and updates are accurately recorded on our system.
  • Support the lettings team with general property management duties as required.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A problem solver with a calm, professional approach.
  • Experience in property management or maintenance coordination (preferred but not essential).
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Good understanding of property maintenance repairs
