**Job Summary**
ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards are met. The Maintenance Person will also demonstrate leadership qualities by supervising junior staff and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- carry out daily tasks directed by management.
- Perform maintenance tasks on property, including bathroom, kitchen and exterior works.
- from time to time we have project work, which includes full refurbishment of apartments/houses.
- Execute repairs on mechanical components, ensuring all work is completed to high standards..
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to diagnose issues for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
