Job Opportunity: Sheet Metal Worker

We are currently seeking a fully skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabricator who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can work independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings with minimal supervision
  • Carry out full fabrication processes on thin sheet metal (0.9 mm–6 mm) to very high tolerances
  • Work extensively with stainless steel, including precision TIG welding
  • Complete projects across stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
  • Support pharmaceutical and food-sector fabrication projects
  • Undertake occasional site work as required

Requirements

  • Apprentice trained, preferably NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience (essential)
  • Proven ability to fabricate high-tolerance components from start to finish
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or food-sector work (advantageous)
  • Clean driving licence preferred due to site work
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards
