We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic team at our EMEA headquarters in Henley-on-Thames

Among your responsibilities could be:

  • Lead and coordinate the execution of our internal audit plan, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Audit.
  • Perform and supervise audit work, guiding staff auditors and third-party contractors.
  • Present impactful audit results and recommendations to management, helping shape our risk and control culture.
  • Analyze risks, develop audit programs, and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and facilitate entry/exit meetings with management.
  • Follow up on findings and keep leadership informed of audit activities.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.

You'll need to have:

  • Strong internal audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities and SOX compliance knowledge.
  • Background in asset management, securities, or investment management (audit, risk, or compliance roles).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional designation (CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, ACFE) or working towards one.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • High integrity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
