Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to own and evolve our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you'll shape programs that support employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, covering healthcare, pensions and wellness initiatives.

This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility and senior stakeholder visibility.

What You'll Lead

  • Drive the annual EMEA benefits enrollment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination

  • Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance

  • Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision-making and governance

  • Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership

  • Develop clear employee communications and guidance to boost understanding and engagement

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit-related queries

  • Stay current on market trends and legislation to inform continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 6+ years' experience managing benefits across the EMEA region

  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
