You'll be responsible for:

  • Planing and align benefits with programme business case targets and strategic objectives.

  • Developing frameworks for benefits integration into scheme business cases.

  • Monitoring and assure delivery, reporting progress against KPIs and recommending improvements.

  • Embedding benefits management within PMO controls and programme reporting.

  • Designing and implement benefits strategy for planning, mapping, and evaluation.

  • Developing management plans for programme and scheme-level benefits delivery.

  • Integrating benefits management into PMO controls, reporting, cost, and risk processes.

  • Partnering with client teams to meet expectations and strengthen relationships.

You'll need to have:

  • Proven experience in benefits management on major programmes or projects.

  • Expertise in benefits strategy and investment appraisal methods.

  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage complex activities with uncertain outcomes.
