Join our reputable wellbeing practice located in Benton, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE7) as a skilled Spa Therapist. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide a range of spa treatments to our valued clients. This position offers the flexibility of part-time working 16+hours working these hours Monday to Saturday.

Duties:

- Perform a variety of Massages including Pregnancy, Deep Tissue and Swedish Style Treatments

- Ability to provide express Facial & Gel Manicures & Pedicure treatments

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional treatments.

- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries.

- Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

- Demonstrate expertise in upselling services to enhance the overall client treatment experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess a minimum Level 3 Spa / Swedish / Beauty Therapy Qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1 year previous experience in providing massage treatments
  • Some experience with skincare brands including Dermalogica, although full training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Knowledge of industry treatments and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

    -Experience or a willingness to learn advanced treatments such as MLD, Reflexology and much more

    -Have the ability to work on your own but crucially as part of a team
