We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a part‑time basis at Ettington Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The only AA 4‑Red Star hotel in Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Ettington Park is renowned as one of the finest hotels in Warwickshire. Set within 40 acres of luscious parkland in a verdant valley with the River Stour meandering through it, the spectacular country house boasts 47 characterful bedrooms and the finest seasonal cuisine served in its 2‑AA‑Rosette restaurant. Deliver outstanding spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in recommending positive treatments for our guests. About You Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5‑star hotel spa environment is desirable for this role. It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualifications, are confident in demonstrating these skills, and can carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments, including gel nail application. Ideally trained in using Comfort Zone product house. Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation. Excellent at building rapport with guests, making them feel at home, relaxed, and important identifying and creating magical memories at every possible opportunity. Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests’ needs and ensure they receive a Hand Picked experience. Maintain a professional, organised, and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests’ needs and create memories. Our Benefits Include A competitive salary package of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge and commission on retail sales. Part‑time role working 2 days out of 7, 16 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
