We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a part time basis at Ettington Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The only AA 4 Red Star hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ettington Park is renowned as one of the finest hotels in Warwickshire. Set within 40 acres of luscious parkland in a verdant valley with the river Stour meandering through it, the spectacular country house boasts 47 characterful bedrooms and the finest seasonal cuisine served in its 2AA Rosette restaurant. Ettington Park has gained an enviable reputation for offering one of the finest afternoon teas in Stratford-upon-Avon, while many couples have chosen its spectacular grounds as a magical backdrop for their perfect wedding. About the Role As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities. You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests. Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team. About you: Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is desirable for this role. It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application. Ideally trained in using Comfort Zone product house. Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation. You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity. Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience. Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories. Company Benefits Our Benefits include: A competitive salary package of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge and commission on retail sales. This is a Part-Time role working 2 days out of 7, 16 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
