About The Team & Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Communications Administrator
to provide effective, efficient administrative support to the Communications Team two days a week (Thursday and Friday) as part of a job share.
This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service across all communications activities.
We're a fun, friendly and very busy team so we need someone who is able to thrive under pressure and balance conflicting priorities.
About You
You will be proactive, enthusiastic and have experience in administration.
You will have good written and verbal communication skills.
You will be skilled in supporting administrative processes ensuring activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
You will respond to queries via telephone, email, and in person, delivering a high standard of customer/stakeholder care.
Deliver a high-quality service to internal and external customers.
You will be able to access and prioritise issues and escalate urgent or significant matters appropriately.
You will maintain the quality of information and data produced by the team to meet corporate standards.

Hybrid working is available for this role, with 1 days a week required in our Shire Hall office in Gloucester.
