As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll work closely with experienced consultants to support live roles, develop strong talent pipelines, and engage with candidates and clients across finance, accountancy, corporate finance, and strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching and mapping talent for mid to senior-level opportunities
  • Supporting consultants in delivering end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Attending client meetings and understanding hiring requirements
  • Tracking market trends, commercial developments, and leadership changes
  • Managing candidate processes from first contact through to placement
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage

What We're Looking For

You may be a graduate or someone with experience in sales, business development, research, recruitment, or other commercial roles. We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and highly driven to succeed
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in recruitment

Full training is provided - no prior recruitment experience required.
