AHP Recruitment Consultant

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced AHP Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow their AHP division. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional to take full ownership of a remote-based desk, drive business development and build a high-performing team. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen and manage AHP candidates, maintain an up-to-date talent database.
  • Build strong client partnerships, understand staffing needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and interviews to offers and feedback.
  • Identify new opportunities, attract clients, and present recruitment solutions to grow market presence.
  • Conduct research, salary surveys, and competitor analysis to inform clients and improve strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and produce activity reports. 
    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
