Working Hours

  • hours per week
  • We operate 7 days a week, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Occasionally, we host pop-up events in the evenings, so some flexibility will be required.

What is it like to work in this role?

As the Sous Chef you'll be assisting the Head Chef in creating new, seasonally inspired dishes for the brunch menu and maintaining a high level of service and food quality. You'll also be training & managing the kitchen team, controlling stock levels, and ensuring food safety regulations are being properly adhered to in their absence.

Experience

  • Chef: 2 years (required)
  • Pastry and/or baking experience (preferred)
  • Current Level 2 or 3 in Food Safety
