We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Essex Restorative and Mediation Service on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational delivery of restorative justice and mediation services.
You will be responsible for providing support to our volunteer facilitators to allow them to perform their role to the best of their ability. You will use our dedicated Content Management System to keep information organized and up to date. A skilled communicator and well organized individual, you will support the day to day running of the service, providing much needed short term resource to support a period of transition for the team.

- An understanding and experience of restorative justice policy and practice.
- Organisation skills.
