Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Lead Generation

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our Google Ads performance across three fast-growing brands in the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics space. Your primary goal: drive high-quality leads, online bookings, and product sales.

You'll be hands-on with campaign creation, optimisation, tracking, and reporting — with clear targets, strong support, and room to scale your impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping (Boombiotics) and Campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation for Boombae Salon and The Laser Club's clinics across the UK & Dublin.
  • Optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Implement strong tracking through GA4, Tag Manager, call tracking, and UTM parameters.
  • Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with each brand's managers to align campaigns with promotions and business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering leads and revenue from paid search.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score).
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/brands at once.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Background in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness marketing.
  • CRM or email automation experience (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Basic creative or landing page building skills.
