We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Health Services Team. Establishing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for the product innovation area within e-commerce, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business objectives.
How You Will Help Us Make Health Happen
- Owning the Vision, Strategy and OKRs: developing a compelling vision and strategy for the Product Innovation domain and for high priority cross domain projects that align to the broader e-commerce strategy. Be a driving force in the overall Health Services strategy for new consumer products, ensuring that we deliver a world class digital customer experience and our commercial objectives.
- Leading our product lifecycle: lead and manage the overall e-commerce roadmap, planning cycles and processes. Be an expert in digital delivery from concept to launch, enabling our squads to deliver technical solutions and exceptional digital customer journeys that align with business objectives.
- Leading with Impact and Influence: inspire and guide a cross-functional agile team to create innovative digital products that improve commercial outcomes and provide excellent user experiences. Support the Head of E-commerce in the development and coaching of Digital Product Managers.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management: clearly articulate product strategy, progress, and key milestones to business and senior stakeholders; engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes, and clearly articulating how the squad's work aligns with company objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with the Head of E-commerce, Digital Product Managers and key stakeholders to proactively manage dependencies across squads, ensuring we have actively managed and mitigated any key risks.
- Owning Your Domain: take full ownership of driving new product innovation within Health Services - owning the end to end experience on site for all new product opportunities
Key Skills/Qualifications Needed For This Role
- Extensive product management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple digital teams from concept through the product discovery process and delivery, validating and iterating the concept along the way.
- Strong strategic thinker who is able to shape the product vision and strategy for a product.
- Proven stakeholder management experience and strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the vision and strategy for their product area.
- Extensive experience in measuring and optimising customer journeys through data insights to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and proficiency in product management tools (Jira / Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Amplitude).
- A strong ability to foster collaboration across disciplines, from engineering to design, ensuring the success of your autonomous squad.
