We are looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join our Global Brand Marketing team as a Brand Manager.

Location:
White City, West London

Salary:
from £45,000 per annum

Your Role as Brand Manager:

Snazaroo is a much-loved face and body pain brand used by families around the world and you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the brand. Your responsibilities will include managing the brand portfolio, crafting compelling stories and working collaboratively to deliver exciting products that delight our consumers. You will lead innovation projects, coordinate product and packaging development and ensure our brand remains modern and relevant across diverse retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cost-saving and quality improvement projects while managing the innovation pipeline.
  • Oversee product and packaging development from concept to launch, tapping into consumer demand and trends.
  • Collaborate with the UK & Snazaroo Brand Director, digital specialists and local marketing teams to execute brand strategies effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and consumer insights to maintain the brand's distinctive identity.
  • Develop and implement global activation plans and campaign toolkits, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage brand communications, ensuring quality and consistency in all brand assets and content.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable plans that resonate with families across multiple markets.
  • Champion the consumer journey and ensure all activity aligns with brand positioning across in-store and online environments.
  • Understand the needs of different retailers, Amazon and distributor partners to optimise brand performance.
  • Support the annual brand planning process and execution of the plan, actively participating in global and local marketing meetings.
  • Collaborate on YouTube or kids-focused content to enhance brand engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous success in brand management; applicants with trade marketing experience are also welcome.
  • Experience collaborating with operations or production teams is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.
  • Experience working with retailers and distributor channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across various cultures and functions.
  • Great project/budget management and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
