Facilities Management Administrator

As our FM Administrator, the job may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in the office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and the location advertised will be your contractual place of work.

Your world of expertise

As our FM Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our facilities operations running smoothly.

Your key duties:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Management

Ensuring FM-related invoices are processed and paid promptly, helping maintain strong supplier relationships and financial accuracy.

  • Meeting Support
    Attending contractual meetings and capturing clear, concise minutes to support decision-making and follow-up actions.
  • Inbox & Query Handling
    Managing shared inboxes, responding to straightforward queries, and efficiently directing more complex issues to the appropriate team members.

As our FM Administrator, your total reward package will be up to £36, 979 annually, which includes:

  • £26,000 base pay
  • An outstanding Civil Service pension, with an average employer contribution of 28.97%
  • Annual Leave starting at 27.5 days (plus Bank Holidays) rising to 32.5 days (plus Bank Holidays).
