About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing campaigns and online brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, online advertising, and data-driven marketing, and who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, email, search, and display).
  2. Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms and company websites.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports on engagement and conversion metrics.
  4. Support the optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  7. Help manage email marketing and customer communication workflows.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  2. Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
  3. Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Analytics or ad management platforms is a plus.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
