We are an employee-owned company with over 100 years combined experience, our highly experienced team are incredibly passionate about jewellery and delivering exceptional customer experience with expertise in rare and precious gemstones, exquisite diamonds, and bespoke jewellery design services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. This person will be responsible to assist with the running of our social media and PR, assisting with the updating of our website and with the general running of the office.

About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our friendly and busy team in a part-time role. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and the world of fine jewellery.
You'll play a key role in supporting our marketing and social media activity, maintaining our online presence, assisting with photography and content creation, and helping with the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining our social media presence and engaging with our online community
- Upload new items and updates to our website
- Support photography for both the website and social media content
- Contribute to our marketing strategy and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with creative projects such as photo and video shoots
- Help create engaging content that reflects our brand story and values
Skills & Experience
- Jewellery experience is not required, but an interest in jewellery is essential
- Marketing experience or formal qualifications desirable
- Experience or an interest in Public Relations is preferred
- Confidence across social media platforms is essential (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)
- Photo editing or Video editing (Adobe, Capcut etc) preferred
- Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive, with the ability to multitask and use initiative
