The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the integrated communications strategy for Biocair. This includes managing public and professional relations, corporate and internal communications, marketing communications, brand strategy, and customer communications.

This role requires a strategic communicator with a deep understanding of the healthcare and biopharma landscape, capable of delivering clear, consistent, and compelling messages aligned with company strategy and marketing plan. Audiences include media, healthcare professionals, employees, patients, and partners.

*Responsibilities will include:*

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive communications strategy
  • Manage all aspects of public relations including media outreach, press releases, and reputation management
  • Oversee internal communications to promote company culture, engagement, and alignment
  • Design and execute customer/healthcare stakeholder communication strategies with empathy, clarity, and compliance
  • Support executive leadership with strategic messaging and communications coaching
  • Measure and report on the impact of communication strategies using data and analytics
