Job Specification: Customer Care Coordinator

Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Team Leader the Customer Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the companies clients with a variety of different projects. You will manage day-to-day customer communication, quotes/order processing, and coordination between departments to ensure a seamless experience is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Manage product and general enquiries over the phone and email
  • Log enquiries and client updates accurately on the CRM system.
  • Process orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Process quotations
  • Book in deliveries and liaise with logistics to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Communicate and coordinate raw material delays, production updates, and order amendments.
  • Support aftersales care by resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with production, sales, and project teams to maintain workflow continuity.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within Manufacturing or similar
