We are hiring a Compliance & Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team at Stanton House. This is a key position within the Finance team and will include understanding and processing of compliance and onboarding for our interim contractors and supporting areas of finance. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative team where you can learn, develop and make an impact.
This role would suit someone who is either early on in their Compliance or Finance career or looking to get into Compliance or Finance and has great organisation and administration skills.
This role can be based in either our London or Reading office, with 3 days per week onsite.
What we're looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity, and willingness to learn and understand why things are done a certain way and develop best practice and approach.
- Strong can-do attitude that enables them to work things out, if needed.
- Pro-active and self-motivated with an eagerness to learn.
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a finance, compliance or administrative related role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Confident using Microsoft Applications.

- Ability to work under pressure, this is a fast-paced environment
