Job Overview
We are expanding our Operations Team and are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth running of daily operational activities. This new role will work closely with the wider Operations and Sales teams to ensure efficient processes, accurate stock management, and exceptional service to both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage third-party deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle depot invoices and related documentation.
- Record and follow up on non-conformances.
- Respond to customer queries, providing clear and timely communication.
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve supplier queries effectively.
- Carry out planned stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support the creation, review, and improvement of operational processes.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team, supporting CS with OE (Order Entry).
- Provide support and cover for Transport operations when required.
- Manage updates and tasks within the TTS Portal.
- Contribute to ISO compliance through accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both internally and externally.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Comfortable working across departments and supporting multiple workflows.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or administration is beneficial
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
