We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children in a nursery setting. Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports individual needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
  • Lead small groups of children in various activities, fostering social skills and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and overall quality of care.

Skills

  • Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
