**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports individual needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Lead small groups of children in various activities, fostering social skills and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and overall quality of care.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
