Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time specialist with familiarity of the UK local environment, primarily responsible for recruiting engineers within the UK and establishing university-industry partnerships. This is a flexible, performance-based role, ideal for individuals seeking supplementary income during their spare time.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Engineer Recruitment Support:

  • Register and manage accounts on leading UK recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Totaljobs, CV-Library).
  • Proactively search, screen, and compile CVs of suitable engineers (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical engineers) on recruitment sites according to company role requirements.
  • Ensure submitted CVs meet positional standards and are organised and submitted in specified formats.

2.University Channel Development:

  • Establish connections with UK higher education institutions, particularly universities with strong engineering programmes.
  • Build relationships with university careers services or relevant faculties to promote the company's industry-academia collaboration initiatives (e.g., internships, graduate recruitment, campus presentations).
  • Follow up on cooperation proposals and strive to formalise industry-academia partnership agreements.

3.Contract Template Support:

  • Assist in drafting or refining standard employment contracts, internship agreements, and other legal document templates in accordance with current UK labour laws and regulations.
  • Ensure contract templates comply with local legal requirements, safeguarding the interests of both the company and its employees.

Remuneration Settlement Method:

Resume Collection Component: Settled based on the number of valid resumes provided.

University-Enterprise Collaboration Component: Settled based on the number of successfully established partner institutions. A fixed fee is payable for each collaboration agreement concluded.

Contract Template Work: Settled separately per template.

Job Type: Part-time
