What you will do:

  • Build relationships with skilled public sector professionals and help them find their next role.
  • Partner with councils and housing associations to understand their needs and deliver trusted recruitment support.
  • Learn to manage the full process - from winning clients and booking interviews to placement and aftercare.
  • Work closely with experienced consultants and directors who will coach you every step of the way.
  • Grow your market knowledge and own your desk as your confidence develops.
