Our Growth Marketing team sits at the heart of Two Circles' digital activation offering. Combining data-driven insight, creative storytelling, and performance media execution, the team helps sports organisations reach, engage, and convert fans across every major digital platform. From global paid media strategies to hands-on campaign delivery, we connect brands and rights holders with fans in ways that drive measurable commercial growth.

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to help shape and deliver digital advertising strategies across our clients. You'll plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across multiple biddable channels — including Search, Social, Display, and Video — helping our clients connect with fans and achieve commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a modern paid media function within a data-driven sports marketing business.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing paid media strategies that achieve client goals and exceed campaign objectives across multiple platforms.

  • Planning, activating, and optimising campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic display.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable media plans.
  • Staying at the forefront of an evolving digital landscape — testing new technologies, creative formats, and audience strategies to drive innovation.
  • Managing relationships with clients, internal teams, and platform partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and delivering actionable insights that inform future strategies.
  • Supporting and upskilling the wider team through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple biddable media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360).
  • Deep understanding of digital media planning, buying, and optimisation best practices.
  • Confident analysing campaign data and producing clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and tracking, including experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into compelling stories.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and reporting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience mentoring or line managing junior team members.
  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding solutions.
  • Understanding of attribution modelling and cross-channel measurement.
  • Experience working with sports or entertainment brands.
  • Interest in emerging media channels such as CTV, retail media, or AI-driven optimisation tools.
