THE ROLE

The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities on the floor of the Café, Lounge, and Members Club, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exemplary service standards are maintained at all times. This role is central to supporting the club's operational flow, optimising staff performance and promoting a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all floor operations, ensuring exceptional service and consistent guest satisfaction in line with 5-star standards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest queries and member feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive, inclusive working culture that reflects the brand's values.
• Oversee table management, reservations, and seating plans to maximise floor efficiency and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations on the floor, including regular checks and staff briefings.
• Coordinate and support member onboarding, engagement activities, and special events as directed by management.
• Liaise closely with the culinary and bar teams to maintain clear communication and fast service between front and back of house.
• Support staff scheduling and timekeeping for optimal resource management and shift coverage.
• Uphold operational standards by assisting with the implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to boost productivity and guest experience.
• Contribute to industry benchmarking efforts and provide feedback to management on potential improvements and competitive activity.

ABOUT YOU

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in premium club, hotel, or members' club setting.

Strong understanding of luxury service, discretion, and personalised member care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
