Specification Sales Manager

The Role:

A superb opportunity for a
Specification Sales Manager
to join a highly respected manufacturer of premium roofing products. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll take responsibility for developing and securing specifications for refurbishment projects across Scotland's social housing sector.

As
Specification Sales Manager
, you'll conduct CPD seminars twice a month with surveyors and asset managers within housing associations and local authorities. You'll work closely with roofing contractors, installers, and procurement teams to build brand loyalty and drive long-term relationships. You'll also identify and convert new business opportunities, ensuring sustained growth across the region.

This is a field-based role - typically visiting customers four days a week and working from home one day to complete admin and book appointments.

Requirements:

To be considered for the
Specification Sales Manager
role, you must have:

· Proven experience selling building products via specification channels (essential)

· Strong new business development skills (essential)

· Full UK driving licence (essential)

The Package for Specification Sales Manager:

· £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary

· £20,000-£30,000 uncapped commission, paid monthly

· Company car or car allowance

· 22 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays

Location:

Covering Glasgow, Motherwell, Edinburgh, Paisley, Falkirk, Kirkcaldy, Stirling, and Perth.
