Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance and compliance operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks and is able to update our electronic system after completion of safety checks ad audits

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers.
  • Utilise knowledge to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
  • Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Engage in residential painting projects as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Infracentral
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or clients regarding maintenance issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
