**About us**:

We are currently recruiting for a working foreman to join our estates/facilities team at GDMA Group. Being in this role means that you will be the face of GDMA on site, liaising with trades, sub-contractors & consultants.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring the projects are delivered correctly, on time and in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure site operatives are working to high standards while working to all constructional details.
- Sequentially working in a logical sequence to maximise labour & materials
- Reporting directly to the visiting Project Manager
- Expected to work alongside other trades, monitoring & driving other contractors along
- SSSTS
- Joinery certification NVQ level 2 (or equivalent)
- Driving licence (cat B)
- First Aid
- Good communication skills
- Awareness of site Health & Safety requirements
- Positive working attitude
- Decision making skills
- Report writing
- Simple programming
- Time Management skills
- Safe working practices
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to interoperate drawings & technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of 1st & 2nd fix joinery works.
- Repair and Maintenance experience
