This is an entry-level role in our EU/German contract team, where you will learn how to connect in-demand tech talent with leading businesses, build your own market, and grow into a specialist recruiter.

What you will be doing

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates in the German tech market
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
  • Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
  • Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
  • Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
  • Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
