TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – SAAS

Location:
Moorgate, City of London

Salary:
£28K+, OTE £40K year 1 (uncapped commission)

My client is a high quality, bespoke recruitment company partnering with PE-backed SaaS businesses to scale out their teams across EMEA, North America and JAPAC regions.

Their core areas include:

  • SaaS sales
  • Marketing
  • Software Engineering
  • Cyber Security, Blockchain and Web3
  • Infrastructure and Support

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role includes:

  • Screening CVs to find the top applicants
  • Approaching ideal candidates through platforms including LinkedIn
  • Sourcing new business through cold calling and cold emails
  • Building your network and personal brand
  • Managing the recruitment process including booking in interviews and delivering feedback
  • Providing a top service to candidates and clients
  • Closing deals
