Trainee Recruitment Consultant – SaaS & Technology

Moorgate, City of London

£30,000 base + uncapped commission | £50k OTE in year one

You'll work with some of the most exciting names in the SaaS space, recruiting across:

  • SaaS Sales & Marketing
  • Software Engineering
  • Cyber Security, Blockchain & Web3
  • Infrastructure & Support

What you'll do:

  • Identify top candidates through CV screening and proactive outreach (LinkedIn, calls, emails)
  • Build and manage client relationships with SaaS start-ups and scale-ups
  • Source new business opportunities through research, calls, and networking
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from first contact to final offer
  • Develop your personal brand and build a strong professional network
  • Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates
  • Close deals and celebrate your wins
