About the Role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for another capable Site Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing works within the commercial, insurance, care home, and social housing sectors. It is primarily site-based, with occasional time at our Bournemouth office. You'll work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects of varying sizes to a high standard and will also take part in an on-call rota (including a standby fee).

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors and directly employed operatives
  • Ensure project quality, budget control, and deadlines are met
  • Maintain health and safety standards across all sites
  • Record and report on daily site progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues
  • Support planning and delivery of multiple projects
  • Take part in the on-call rota (includes standby fee)

Requirements

  • Experience supervising commercial or insurance-related building work
  • Good general building knowledge, ideally with a plumbing or carpentry background
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS and CSCS card preferred, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
