About The Role
The Events Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of QAA's online and in person events. Working behind the scenes, you'll coordinate events logistics, support with improvements to our digital event platforms and contribute to the completion of key operational processes that ensure the design, delivery and evaluation of positive event experiences for our members and stakeholders.

You'll be a go-to person for our online events platforms (Cvent, Teams and Zoom), supporting colleagues with setup, registrations and troubleshooting. Alongside this you'll manage events enquiries, help ensure we adhere to our event-related compliance obligations, coordinate event materials and merchandise, and support the analysis of event feedback to drive continuous improvement. This role is key to the evolution of our events approach. By supporting with the identification of opportunities to streamline workflows, improve user experience and strengthen integration with other systems, you'll help enable the wider ream to focus on strategic development and future planning.

This is a full time, 6-month fixed term contract.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail oriented and solutions focused, with experience supporting the delivery of events in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident working with online platforms and systems, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, and proactive in resolving issues quickly and effectively. You'll bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enjoying working with colleagues across teams to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
