As Security Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security team, ensuring all duties are carried out to a high standard while working closely with management and the client to meet both company and client expectations.Duties IncludeProtecting the client's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and site-specific proceduresPreventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and proceduresEnsure all emergency procedures are followed and lead/coordinate effective/evacuations/protocol, if required.Follow all escalation procedures with Anchor Group Services and Centre Management.Assisting the Control Room and CCTV operation including all files and documentation to meet all data protection requirements of GDPR, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and the Data Processor (Centre Manager).Oversee all day-to-day Security operations ensuring effective key/equipment control.Ensure security patrol schedules are being followed.Manage contractor work permit procedures.Ensure all necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintain compliance of site procedures.
