Latymer Search is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable and impressive independent Chartered Valuation Surveying practice who specialize in prime/super prime loan security valuation markets in London, Greater London and their European offices.
They have over the years established themselves as an market leader with regards to the prime/super prime valuation market, going head to head with the largest corporate names and making a name for themselves.
This company offer a not so common proposition as an employer, invest heavily in their team, their progression and career and have large growth plans which are backed up by almost 20 years of success and steady growth. They are now at a pivotal time in their company history and are gearing up to take a larger share of the market in a bold way.
This is, in our opinion and the others who have made the move to them from the corporate firms, an amazing opportunity to get onboard at the early stages of their large growth phrase, which will very likely open other doors over the coming years.
Our client will consider interviewing MRICS valuation Surveyors who have secured lending/loan security valuation experience (Residential and or commercial experience), located in London and home counties (all locations considered). Depending on the surveyors level of experience, they are open to discussion with regards to remote working.
If you have commercial, hotel, estates or receivership experience, we would still very much like to hear from you as our client is looking to grow these departments out further.
