This is a role for valuers who take pride in their craft, those who enjoy delivering accurate, insightful, and commercially astute advice, and want to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values professional integrity as much as results. Lead and deliver Red Book-compliant valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets for a diverse client base — including banks, funds, developers, and private investors. Analyse complex data sets, comparable evidence, and financial models (including DCF and residuals). Build and maintain trusted client relationships through accuracy, professionalism, and commercial understanding. Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice within the valuation division. MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor (Registered Valuer) with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in valuations. Confident in producing and signing off complex valuation reports for lending, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes. Proficient in Argus Enterprise, Excel, and modern valuation software. Competitive base salary with performance-related bonus and clear promotion pathways. Hybrid working model with modern central London offices.
