What You’ll Do Lead and deliver Red Book-compliant valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets for a diverse client base — including banks, funds, developers, and private investors. Manage multiple live instructions with precision, efficiency, and clear communication to clients. Collaborate closely with Directors and Partners, contributing ideas, insight, and leadership to strengthen the valuation offering. Analyse complex data sets, comparable evidence, and financial models (including DCF and residuals). Build and maintain trusted client relationships through accuracy, professionalism, and commercial understanding. Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice within the valuation division. About You MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor (Registered Valuer) with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in valuations. Confident in producing and signing off complex valuation reports for lending, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes. Commercially minded with the ability to advise clients strategically — not just technically. Strong time management and organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple instructions simultaneously. Proficient in Argus Enterprise, Excel, and modern valuation software.
