Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our clients finance and property management teams. This role is key to ensuring accurate service charge accounting and the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. Applicants should have prior experience in a bookkeeping role, with lettings or property management experience considered a strong advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop further within a modern and growing business.

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:


Carry out regular bank and account reconciliations

Process supplier invoices and arrange timely payments

Prepare and issue service charge demands

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Monitor credit control and follow up on overdue payments

Support the preparation of annual service charge budgets and year-end accounts

Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner

Work closely with property managers and the wider team to ensure accuracy in reporting

Bookkeeper Key Skills & Experience:


Proven experience in a bookkeeping or finance role (essential)

Experience within a lettings or property management environment (preferred)

Strong numeracy and attention to detail

Competent with Excel and accounting software (Xero, Sage, or similar)

Clear and professional communication skills

Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team

Bookkeeper Package:



Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Hybrid working available
