How you will do it 

  • Present material in a clear, engaging way tailored to learners with industry-adjacent experience
  • Lead small group sessions and 1-2-1 coaching
  • Demonstrate working equipment and provide real-world training scenarios
  • Stay proactive and innovative, continuously refreshing your own technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning experiences

What we look for 

Required 

  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with systems or equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Confidence delivering training in both 1-2-1 and group settings
  • Ability to create structured lesson plans and supporting materials
  • Flexibility to support training needs across different shifts and teams

Preferred

  • Familiarity with our systems & standards — including alarm and smart technologies & security protocols
