- IT network design skills, knowledge and experience
- IP CCTV system design skills, knowledge and experience
- Analogue CCTV system design skills, knowledge and experience - desirable for existing systems and migration)
- Hard working, can work independently and team player

Hikvision UK therefore requires the Technical Trainer North of England to provide a comprehensive training role utilizing the training centres in Doncaster, Glasgow & Manchester with field based training visits when required, always acting as the technical ambassador of the company and brand delivering the following key tasks
- The trainer will respond to correspondence and queries from customers and are dealt within an effective and prompt manner.
- Writing and delivering bespoke courses
- Identifying and supporting the training and development needs within partners and customers through sales team request and regular consultation.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team-members in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen and technical sales skills.
- Assisting in designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organisation’s and the individual's needs.
- Deliver and support demonstrations, training, exhibitions or roadshows relating to Hikvision products and solutions.
- Maintain and develop the companies adopted CRM system ensuring all data relating to customers, projects and support tickets are accurate and up to date.
- Attend regular training meetings to maintain and further develop new relevant knowledge and skills based on the market and the company’s products and solutions.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
