How You Will Do It
- Present material in a clear, engaging way tailored to learners with industry-adjacent experience
- Lead small group sessions and 1-2-1 coaching
- Demonstrate working equipment and provide real-world training scenarios
- Stay proactive and innovative, continuously refreshing your own technical knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning experiences
Required
What we look for
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with systems or equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Confidence delivering training in both 1-2-1 and group settings
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and supporting materials
- Flexibility to support training needs across different shifts and teams
Preferred
- Familiarity with our systems & standards — including alarm and smart technologies & security protocols
