The Role

As an
Account Manager
, you'll be the key relationship owner for a portfolio of clients in the
general and commercial insurance
space. You'll work closely with clients post–go-live, ensuring they realise the full value of our solutions and identifying opportunities for growth, adoption, and improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in
    Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
    within a
    SaaS
    or
    technology-led business
    .
  • Strong understanding of the
    general or commercial insurance
    sector (experience with MGAs, brokers, or carriers a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A consultative, proactive mindset focused on delivering long-term value.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client strategies.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort in identifying upsell or renewal opportunities.
