Due to our growing business, we are looking for a Contracts Administration Assistant to join our North West Branch in Northwich, Cheshire.

As a Contracts Administration Assistant your role will include:

  • Ensure efficient allocation of field based joiners and plasterers to client properties. Maintain effective planning and monitoring of work schedules to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Assist with the organisation and motivation of field based joiners and plasterers
  • Responsible for accurate processing of customer orders, invoices and payments in accordance with company terms and conditions
  • Assisting the production manager in driving financial performance of construction jobs within the company ERP system, including tracking estimated vs. actual costs and labour costs, ordering materials and managing stock
  • Drive and improve the Health & Safety culture within the team. Compile job specific Health & Safety and planning documentation and ensure process compliance with all team members
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Provide support to management and ensure timely reporting of sales figures, production figures and undertake month end processing for the regional branch in support of the finance team

As a Contracts Administration Assistant, you will be / have:

  • Previous preservation or construction experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge of our business
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
  • Display experience with construction management, invoicing and purchasing systems
  • Ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Understand Health and Safety laws in relation to construction
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, Outlook

Hours of work are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday working: 8am to 5pm.
