**3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Responsibilities and Technologies**
- Be an escalation point to the service desk and resolve 3rd Line BAU support tickets including delivering IT projects in line with business objectives including Problem and Change management experience
- Hands on Experience of O365 including Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint Online and OneDrive
- Manage the Residential Management Group Virtual Environment - Citrix XenApp
- Administrate and manage the Windows Server (2012 R2 - 2019) and Linux (Ubuntu, Redhat) estate, ensuring that best practice is followed where possible.
- Push scripting and automations within the team to drive increased efficiencies (ServiceNow, Jenkins, PowerShell, Python)
- Responsible for managing all Network Devices (Cisco, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti) to ensure that the Residential Management Group network is secured.
- Monitor all end user devices using network monitoring tools (Zabbix) to help diagnose any wider issues.
- Protect Residential Management Group mobile devices using Mobile Device Management tools (Citrix XenMobile, Intune)
- Play a key role in ongoing and future technology projects.
- Manage and administrate cloud and on premise telephony systems, (Mitel, Natterbox)
- Provide support and administration roles to Residential Management Group cloud Infrastructure and Software-as-a-Service platforms (Office 365, Salesforce, Azure)
- Provide additional support to ensure that Residential Management Group websites are ran to best practice (DNS, Web Certificate renewals, Apache, NGinx)
**3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Knowledge and Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a senior support and IT projects role.
- Experience in managing public cloud infrastructure technologies - Microsoft 365/Azure
- Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco CCNA Certification is preferred or demonstrable experience
- Experience using Citrix Workspace Virtual Apps and Desktop, Mimecast, Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Powershell, Bitlocker, Intune, Sharepoint)
- Current or recent Office 365 / Azure project rollout experience.
- MPLS / Firewall and switch configuration for remote offices.
**3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Competencies**
- Analytical approach to working with a can do attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A Self-starter who is able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Collaborating with management and the IT security team to improve security.
- Knowledge and awareness of ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide documentation and training to end users and members of the IT Team
