RMG are pleased to be able to offer a summer internship in the field of Health and Safety. This is a chance for those developing a career in this field to gain first hand experience in the property and real estate sector.

**Summary of the Role**

The Compliance Intern will work with the Compliance and Health & Safety teams, splitting their time between project work and learning the basics of compliance and health & safety in the context of residential property management.

The project work will involve visiting RMG managed sites and measuring the buildings and fire height to assist with categorisation. The project work will be done independently, so the intern will need strong time management skills and must be comfortabledriving to sites across the UK on their own. They will have use of a company pool car and travel expenses will be covered by RMG.

The Compliance Intern will also spend time in the Northwich office with the Compliance and Health & Safety teams where they will learn about current legislation, assist with administration tasks and have the opportunity to shadow experienced members of staffon site visits to learn about H&S risks.

**Responsibilities**
- Travel to sites to measure buildings accurately for the cladding project
- Shadowing on H&S site visits
- Admin work to support the Compliance and H&S teams.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail and methodical in approach
- Proactive, self-motivated and independent
- Able to use own initiative and problem solve
- Good level of technical ability
- Must be able to plan and organise their time effectively
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
